Job Description
The company is looking for a Project Lead to join their team in Hyderabad, India. This role involves overseeing the preparation and submission of detailed design and construction drawings, ensuring the design intent is accurately captured and quality is maintained.
You'll be a key point of contact for coordinating with various trades, including Architecture, Structure, and MEP, and will work closely with design and FF&E teams. Your responsibilities will include guiding and monitoring team members to ensure designs are translated into working details and managing productivity.
This position requires a strong understanding of Revit/BIM, CAD, and Sketchup, along with at least 7 years of experience and a degree in B. Arch or B. Tech Civil.
