The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in environmental art or a related design field, with over 5 years of experience in spatial decoration and exhibition design. Strong abilities in managing large and complex projects, a keen eye for spatial display, and proficiency in software like AutoCAD, 3DMAX, and Photoshop are essential.
