Job Description
This role involves overseeing the daily operations and technical building services for properties within the Munich district. You'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and availability of building systems, managing maintenance, and coordinating external service providers. The position also includes managing waste disposal, event services, and utilizing a CAFM system.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, heating, ventilation, sanitation, or air conditioning technology, ideally with a master craftsman or technician qualification. At least five years of experience in building operations or facility management, along with knowledge of relevant regulations and strong organizational skills, are essential.
