The company is seeking a skilled BMS Manager for a significant data centre project in Groningen, Netherlands. This is a client-facing, site-based position where you'll be responsible for the entire BMS delivery process, from initial design review to final commissioning. You'll ensure all systems are seamlessly integrated and meet the project's stringent requirements. Your role will involve leading BMS activities on site, reviewing technical submissions, and coordinating with various MEP systems and vendors. You'll manage subcontractors, oversee installation quality, and support testing phases. A key part of this role is tracking progress, identifying risks, and ensuring smooth project delivery, including handover documentation and client training. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in BMS, controls, or building services, with experience on large-scale or mission-critical projects, preferably data centres. Familiarity with major BMS platforms and experience working with main contractors are essential. Excellent coordination and communication skills are also a must for this role.
