The company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their Buildings team. This role involves creating high-quality BIM models and construction documents using Revit, supporting structural engineering and building design projects. You'll work closely with senior designers and engineers, learning company standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time. You will be responsible for producing BIM models and drawings, coordinating updates with various team members, and participating in coordination meetings. A key part of the role is maintaining model quality and consistency, applying company BIM standards, and assisting with the implementation of new tools and techniques. You'll also perform quality control checks on drawing packages. To be successful, you'll need an associate's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in BIM or drafting within the AEC industry. Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, along with good communication and teamwork skills. Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and coordination tools like Navisworks or Bluebeam is preferred.
