The company is looking for a BIM Manager to join their Buildings team in Austin, Texas. This role involves creating high-quality BIM models and construction documents using Revit, supporting structural engineering and building design projects. You'll work closely with senior designers and engineers, learning company standards and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time. You'll be responsible for producing BIM models, preparing design drawings, and managing model content and versions. Coordination with other team members, participation in internal meetings, and assisting with clash detection are key aspects of this position. You'll also help maintain model quality and consistency, and support the implementation of new BIM tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree in a related field and 2-5 years of experience in BIM or design technology within the AEC industry. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, with experience in Autodesk Construction Cloud and coordination tools like Navisworks or Bluebeam being a plus.
