This architecture and design firm is looking for a BIM Manager to join their team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. You'll be responsible for evaluating and improving the company's BIM structure to boost productivity and maintain design quality. This includes assessing current methods, recommending improvements, and developing an overall BIM strategy. You will also lead the development and maintenance of firm-wide BIM standards, Revit templates, and content libraries. A key part of this role involves automating routines to enhance efficiency and performing quality assurance reviews. You'll also manage clash detection and resolution, and lead in-house training on Revit and BIM best practices. The ideal candidate will have a professional degree in architecture and at least 2 years of experience in BIM/CAD management or design. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam is essential, with scripting/Dynamo experience being a plus. Familiarity with Solibri, Navisworks Manage, and BIMLink is also required.
