Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager to oversee BIM and VDC for their data center projects. This role involves ensuring smooth coordination of MEP models, resolving clashes, and analyzing constructability to deliver high-quality systems. You'll be responsible for setting BIM standards, managing a growing team of BIM coordinators across North America, and evaluating new technologies.
This position requires hands-on coordination initially, with a focus on building and scaling a distributed team. You'll collaborate with various project stakeholders and support prefabrication efforts. Regular travel to project sites in the US and Canada is expected.
