Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Manager with a background in Architecture or Technical Architecture to join their team in Valencia. This role involves leading and coordinating BIM projects from conception through execution.
You'll be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM execution projects, implementing BIM standards, and managing multidisciplinary teams. This includes managing models, libraries, and protocols, ensuring quality control, and providing technical support. You'll also be involved in creating BEPs and digital innovation processes.
The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in BIM execution projects, proven experience as a BIM Manager or Coordinator, and advanced proficiency in Revit. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential. Experience with Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, and Dynamo, along with BIM certifications, would be a plus.
