Job Description
This role is all about shaping how a company uses BIM and new technologies to improve their structural design and existing building projects. You'll be responsible for managing their BIM production, setting drafting standards, and bringing in tools like LIDAR scanning and automation to make things more efficient.
You'll work closely with engineers, developing Revit models and construction documents, and also support investigations of existing structures. A key part of this will be evaluating and implementing new tech, so an interest in digital workflows and maybe even scripting is a big plus.
The company is looking for someone detail-oriented and forward-thinking, comfortable with both office work and occasional field visits. If you're keen to lead the charge in BIM innovation, this could be a great fit.
