Job Description
This company is looking for a VDC Structural Steel Detailer to join their team. You'll be interpreting architectural and engineering drawings to create 3D models using Advance Steel, producing fabrication packages, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes.
The role requires a solid understanding of steel detailing standards, fabrication techniques, and installation processes. Proficiency in Advance Steel, Tekla, or SDS2 is essential, along with experience in Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, and BIM360. You should also have a strong grasp of AISC and AWS codes.
This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a compensation range of $25-$50 per hour, depending on your experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with a match.
