This role involves creating and managing BIM models for substation protection and control systems, primarily for UK and Ireland projects. This includes maintaining drawing registers, developing BIM workflows, and conducting model audits. You'll collaborate closely with other drafting team members, providing technical guidance and support. Building strong professional relationships with Project Managers and communicating effectively at all levels will be key. The company is looking for someone with a strong understanding of substation P&C drawings, including schematics and panel wiring, and proficiency in BIM tools like AutoCAD and BIM 360. Experience with electrical schematic design software and UK standards like BS EN ISO 19650 is also important.
