Job Description
This role is for a Naval Architecture Technologist in Plein, Germany, with a company that specializes in shipbuilding. You'll be the main technical point of contact for the production team, bridging the gap between engineering and on-site construction.
Your day-to-day will involve 3D modeling of ships, creating assembly plans, and assisting clients throughout the design and construction phases. You'll also be responsible for ensuring technical drawings meet classification society standards and applying principles of ship stability and weight analysis.
The company is looking for someone with at least 3 years of shipyard experience and proficiency in software like AutoCAD, Shipconstructor, or Delftship. A good command of French and functional English are also required.
