Job Description
The company is looking for an Architectural BIM Modeler with 4-6 years of experience, specifically on high-rise residential projects. You'll be using Revit Architecture extensively for modeling up to LOD 400, creating families, and producing drawings.
This role involves a lot of coordination, working with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using BIM workflows. You'll need to be comfortable interpreting architectural drawings and RFIs, translating them into accurate BIM models, and then producing coordinated shop drawings for construction.
