Job Description
The company is looking for a Revit Modeler to join their team in the Greater Bilbao Metropolitan Area. This role involves working on multidisciplinary projects, focusing on developing 3D models using BIM.
You'll be responsible for modeling architecture and structures in Revit, as well as MEP elements like ducts, pipes, and cable trays. Collaboration is key, as you'll be working with central files and subprojects in shared environments like BIM360. You'll also create parametric families and generate technical documentation, including 2D plans and details, adhering to BIM standards.
The ideal candidate will have a vocational training qualification in construction, civil engineering, or architecture, with proven experience in Revit modeling, including MEP. The ability to create families, work collaboratively, and produce accurate plans is essential. Experience with industrial plants, power generation facilities, or large buildings, along with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, is also required.
