This role involves creating and managing architectural BIM models throughout a project's life. You'll be responsible for developing accurate models, construction documents, and shop drawings, ensuring they meet project needs and BIM standards. The position also supports coordination with other disciplines, clash detection, and updating models to reflect as-built conditions. You'll work with Revit Architecture to produce detailed architectural elements, including layouts, finishes, and facades. This includes coordinating your models with structural and MEP disciplines, identifying clashes, and helping to resolve them. The role also requires supporting the creation of shop drawings and as-built documentation, ensuring models align with site conditions and design changes. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in BIM modeling, specifically with Revit Architecture, are required. Familiarity with architectural detailing, coordination workflows, and basic BIM standards like ISO 19650 is also important.
