Job Description
This company is looking for a Facade BIM Modeler to join their team in Bengaluru, India. You'll be working on exciting facade projects, transforming architectural and structural information into detailed, fabrication-ready models and shop drawings.
Your day-to-day will involve using Revit and AutoCAD to create models for curtain walls, cladding, and canopies. You'll also be responsible for generating shop drawings, coordinating models with other disciplines, and resolving any clashes or discrepancies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of facade systems and experience with BIM coordination. You should be comfortable working with LOD standards and BIM Execution Plans, and possess good communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and international teams.
