Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler specializing in MEP to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves transforming design information into detailed 3D models and construction documents, supporting field operations with shop drawings and coordinated data.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Revit-based BIM models, performing clash detection, and ensuring models are up-to-date with design changes and site instructions. Collaboration within shared environments and adherence to project standards are key.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of BIM experience, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, and familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools. A technical diploma in a relevant field and strong English skills are also required.
