Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their team in Delray Beach, Florida. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models for various infrastructure projects, translating these models into construction drawings and design documentation.
Your role will involve collaborating closely with engineering and construction teams, performing clash detection, and resolving conflicts to ensure smooth project execution. You'll also provide essential BIM support to field teams, helping them with model-based solutions and technical information.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of BIM modeling experience, a degree in a relevant field, and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Navisworks. Experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud is also a plus.
