Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler specializing in MEP to join their team in Doha, Qatar. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining precise 3D models from design information, ensuring accuracy and supporting construction efforts with detailed shop drawings and coordinated data.
Your day-to-day will involve reviewing project documents according to ISO19650 standards, developing Revit models, and performing clash detection to prevent coordination issues. You'll also assist with as-built documentation and collaborate within a Common Data Environment (CDE) to support project teams.
The ideal candidate has at least three years of BIM experience on construction projects, with strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. Familiarity with CDE platforms and coordination tools like Revizto or Navisworks is also important, alongside a solid understanding of BIM principles.
