Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Design Modeler in Jacksonville, Florida. You'll be working with clients and internal teams to create high-quality, sustainable models. This role involves developing and maintaining BIM execution plans, creating detailed 3D models, and performing clash detection to resolve design conflicts early on.
You will also support Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) processes, help with coordination, and provide training to project teams on BIM/VDC tools. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Revit and BIM/VDC workflows, is a proactive problem solver, and excels at collaboration.
