Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Specialist Modeler to join their team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role is focused on electrical construction projects and requires someone who can develop and maintain BIM models throughout the construction lifecycle. You'll be involved in constructability reviews, clash detection using Navisworks, and coordinating with various project teams.
You'll also be responsible for generating quantity takeoffs, supporting project documentation, and managing model updates and file exchanges. Collaboration with engineers, designers, architects, and field teams is key to delivering coordinated models.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in commercial electrical construction and one year each in BIM and 3D modeling. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage is essential, along with experience in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office.
