Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Specialist Modeler with a focus on electrical construction. You'll be responsible for creating and managing electrical BIM models from start to finish, ensuring they are coordinated and clash-free using Navisworks. This role involves working closely with project teams, including engineers, designers, and field staff, to deliver high-quality models for commercial construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in commercial electrical construction and a year each in BIM and 3D modeling. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks Manage is essential, along with experience in Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Office. An Associate degree in CAD or a related field is preferred.
