Job Description
This company is looking for a Drafter to create 3D MEP models for their projects. You'll be involved from the bidding stage through to project completion, working closely with estimators, project coordinators, and field teams. Your role will be hands-on, supporting estimating with takeoffs, creating drawings, and documenting as-built conditions.
You'll also be responsible for flagging potential issues before they arise in the field and helping assemble project closeout documents. The ideal candidate has solid experience with 3D modeling software like Revit or AutoCAD MEP, understands MEP systems, and can read construction drawings. Good communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload are essential.
