Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on creating and maintaining accurate 3D BIM models for chemical process systems, piping, and related facility infrastructure, primarily for semiconductor projects.
You'll be working closely with engineers and project teams to ensure models are coordinated and align with project requirements. This involves developing detailed layouts, generating construction drawings, and updating models based on design changes and field feedback.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Revit and AutoCAD, along with a good understanding of chemical process systems and construction documentation. Familiarity with BIM coordination tools and working in active construction environments is highly preferred.
