The company is looking for a Revit Modeler to join their technical team in Rijssen, Overijssel, Netherlands. This role involves the architectural detailing of residential construction projects within established concepts. You will be translating sketches and design drawings into detailed working drawings for permits, preparation, and execution, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with regulations.
You will work on projects through various stages, coordinating details with colleagues and managing changes systematically. The focus is on precision, repeatability, and consistency within serial residential construction, contributing to efficient preparation and smooth on-site execution.
This opportunity is with a developing builder in the housing sector, known for its standardized house concepts and details. You will collaborate with fellow designers, project planners, and management, playing a key part in a streamlined construction process.
If you have an MBO+ or HBO level in construction, are proficient with Revit and/or AutoCAD, and possess a structured, accurate, and technically strong approach, this could be a great fit.
