Job Description
This company is looking for a Mechanical BIM Modeler to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. You'll be working on a variety of projects, from commercial buildings to healthcare facilities, developing and coordinating mechanical building systems.
Your main focus will be using Revit to create accurate BIM models and construction documents for HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems. You'll collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and other project teams to ensure everything is coordinated and constructible.
If you have at least two years of BIM modeling experience, are proficient in Revit, and understand multidisciplinary coordination, this could be a great fit. Experience with Navisworks or BIM 360 is a plus.
