Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior CAD Drafter/BIM Modeler to join their team in San Jose, California. You'll be responsible for turning engineer markups into accurate 2D drawings and 3D Revit models, ensuring CAD/BIM standards are met, and preparing final drawing packages.
You'll work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers to keep project documents organized and on track. This role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
The ideal candidate has over 7 years of drafting/modeling experience in HVAC, plumbing, or MEP, with strong skills in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Experience with Dynamo for script creation and troubleshooting is also a plus.
