Job Description
This role is for a BIM Modeler in Troy, Michigan, focusing on creating detailed 3D models for mechanical and HVAC systems. You'll be transforming 2D drawings and initial concepts into precise 3D models, including all necessary components and optimizing layouts.
You'll work closely with engineering teams, interpreting P&IDs and technical drawings to ensure model accuracy. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks is key, along with experience in mechanical piping systems.
