Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their Virtual Construction team. This role involves analyzing construction drawings to create 3D models of concrete scopes, identifying and communicating design issues, and collaborating with project teams during the BIM coordination process. You'll also be responsible for preparing shop drawings, digital files for field layout, and extracting model quantities.
Ideally, you'll have 3-4 years of experience with Revit, a background in structural or architectural design, and the ability to read construction drawings. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office, are essential, along with good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with formwork detailing is a plus.
