Job Description
This role involves developing and maintaining detailed 3D BIM models using Revit, adhering to project requirements and office standards. You'll interpret various discipline drawings and data to create coordinated models and documentation.
The ideal candidate will have a background in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, with at least one year of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Technician on building or infrastructure projects. Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, and AutoCAD is essential, along with a solid understanding of construction methods and multi-disciplinary coordination.
Experience with infrastructure BIM, parametric families, Dynamo, or scripting would be advantageous. Familiarity with openBIM formats like IFC and COBie is also a plus.
