Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler II in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role involves contributing to project delivery and upholding standards through accurate and efficient modeling. You'll be expected to work with minimal supervision, taking on tasks similar to a BIM Modeler I, and assisting with the development of Revit Families for project-specific needs or updated standards.
In this position, you will be responsible for setting up Revit views, templates, and filters according to company standards, as well as efficiently modeling and documenting projects. You'll also perform layout and input from field details into Revit, following established procedures. The ability to read 2D plans and understand 3D coordination with other trades is essential.
To be successful, you'll need strong self-management skills and proficiency in Revit, including creating and manipulating views, families, sheets, and schedules. Experience with industry-standard software like Bluebeam, Autodesk Cloud products, and Navisworks is also important.
