Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler II in Montgomery County, Maryland. This role involves taking ownership of modeling efforts for project delivery and standards, working with a production team to create accurate and efficient deliverables with minimal supervision.
You'll be responsible for tasks typically handled by a BIM Modeler I, developing Revit Families, and efficiently modeling and documenting projects according to company standards. This includes setting up Revit views, documenting progress, and adhering to confidentiality requirements.
Success in this role requires strong self-management, proficiency in Revit (including families, views, and browser structure), and the ability to read 2D plans. Familiarity with industry software like BlueBeam and NavisWorks, along with effective communication and the ability to prioritize tasks, is essential.
