Job Description
The company is looking for an Electrical BIM Modeller to join their team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This role involves creating and managing electrical BIM models for a light rail project, using software like Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D. You'll be working on everything from station buildings to external electrical infrastructure, ensuring everything is coordinated and compliant with project standards.
Your day-to-day will include developing detailed electrical models, producing drawings, and coordinating with other disciplines like architectural, structural, and civil. You'll also be involved in clash detection and incorporating design revisions. A strong understanding of electrical layouts and BIM workflows is key, along with proficiency in Revit and ideally Civil 3D.
