Job Description
The company is seeking a 3D BIM Modeler to join their team in Whitpain, Pennsylvania. This role involves creating three-dimensional models for data center, commercial, industrial, and renewable energy projects. You'll be working with software like Revit, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD to produce preliminary and final design models and drawings.
Your responsibilities will include managing multi-disciplinary designs, ensuring model compliance with project requirements, and coordinating with various stakeholders to deliver accurate, clash-free models. You'll also be involved in generating plan, profile, and cross-section files, developing workflows for efficiency, and participating in construction planning and quality control.
This position requires an Associate's degree and at least two years of BIM or 3D modeling experience, with a strong understanding of Revit, Civil 3D, or Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience with survey data formats and coordinate systems is also necessary.
