As a Modelleur in Delft, you'll be working on exciting industrial and design projects, focusing on creating high-quality 3D models and drawings. You'll be the key link between architects, engineers, and contractors, managing Revit families and ensuring BIM/ILS standards are met. Your role will involve processing IFC files, performing clash detection, and collaborating closely with the project team. This position requires 3-5 years of experience, proficiency in Revit, and a solid understanding of BIM protocols. A relevant HBO degree or higher, strong knowledge of structural detailing, and experience with 3D models and point clouds are also essential. Good communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with project partners.
