The company is looking for a Building Services Revit Modeller to join their team in Cairo, Egypt. This role involves supporting the Building Services team from the early design stages through to detailed design for MEP systems. You'll be creating technical plans and designs using AutoCAD and Revit, and will take the lead in setting up and implementing Revit for MEP design, including creating families and templates. Your responsibilities will include producing clash reports using Navisworks, conducting quality assurance checks, and performing site surveys. You'll also oversee the installation of building systems, ensuring they meet all required standards, and collaborate with other design disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery. To be successful in this role, you'll need an engineering qualification and proven experience with AutoCAD and Revit, specifically in mechanical and/or electrical modelling. Knowledge of building services technologies and site coordination experience would be beneficial.
