Job Description
This company is looking for a VDC/BIM Modeler to join their team in Greer, South Carolina. You'll be using Autodesk Revit to create and update detailed 3D models for electrical and MEP systems, turning design intent into buildable models.
Your work will directly support the coordination and installation phases of projects. You'll be responsible for producing shop drawings, installation drawings, and prefab spool sheets, collaborating closely with VDC, prefab, and field teams to ensure everything is accurate and constructible.
You'll also participate in coordination meetings and clash detection, incorporating feedback and revisions into the models. This role requires a solid understanding of construction drawings and field installation methods, along with experience in BIM coordination tools like Navisworks.
