Job Description
This company is looking for a VDC/BIM Modeler to join their team in Greer, South Carolina. You'll be using Autodesk Revit to create and update detailed 3D models for electrical and MEP systems, translating design intent into buildable models.
Your work will directly support the coordination and installation efforts on projects. You'll collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and field teams, participating in coordination meetings and clash detection. This role involves producing shop drawings, installation drawings, and prefab spool sheets, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
If you have at least two years of experience with Revit modeling, a good understanding of construction drawings and field installation, and experience with BIM coordination tools like Navisworks, this could be a great fit.
