Job Description
The company is looking for an experienced MEP BIM Modeler to join their team in Dubai. This role involves taking ownership of the entire BIM modeling process for MEP projects, from the initial concept stages right through to the final construction documentation.
You'll be responsible for creating and managing accurate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems using Autodesk Revit. A key part of the job will be coordinating these models with other disciplines like architecture and structure, and using Navisworks for clash detection. You'll also prepare various drawings and ensure all models meet project and client specifications.
This position requires at least five years of experience as an MEP BIM Modeler, with advanced skills in Revit MEP and a good understanding of Navisworks. A strong grasp of MEP building services and construction practices is essential, along with the ability to manage BIM design and coordination independently.
