Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler with 2-5 years of experience in electrical BIM and Revit. This role involves creating and managing complex electrical BIM models from the design phase through construction documentation. You'll be responsible for modeling power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
You'll actively participate in coordination meetings with other trades, using tools like Navisworks for clash detection and issue resolution. This position also requires enforcing BIM standards, performing quality control checks, and supporting field teams with model-based clarifications.
