Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their team in Maryland Heights, Missouri. You'll be responsible for creating accurate 3D models of HVAC piping and ductwork systems using Revit and Navisworks. This role involves focusing on model development, coordinating with other trades to resolve clashes, and ensuring projects are constructible from start to finish.
You'll work closely with engineers and designers, participating in coordination meetings and tracking issues. The position requires at least three years of experience in the HVAC or MEP industry, with strong proficiency in Revit and Navisworks. Familiarity with AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and interpreting various building system documents is also important.
