Job Description
The company is seeking a BIM Modeler specializing in MEP to join their EM&E team. This role involves creating and coordinating high-quality BIM models, ensuring accuracy and smooth collaboration between different project disciplines.
You'll be responsible for developing and updating 3D BIM models using Revit, generating essential project documents like drawings and quantity take-offs, and performing clash detection with Navisworks. Close collaboration with architectural, structural, and MEP teams will be key to resolving design issues and ensuring models meet specific LOD standards and project guidelines.
A B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical engineering is required, along with strong skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360, including experience with clash detection and coordination. Familiarity with MEP systems and coordination workflows is also important.
