Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their engineering team in St. Louis, Missouri. This role involves creating accurate 3D models of HVAC systems using Revit and coordinating them with other trades in Navisworks. You'll be responsible for clash detection, generating reports, and working closely with engineers and designers to ensure projects are constructible from start to finish.
You'll need at least three years of experience in the HVAC or MEP industry, with strong skills in Revit and Navisworks. Familiarity with AutoCAD and Bluebeam is also important, as is the ability to interpret various construction documents and models. Good communication and the ability to manage multiple projects are key.
This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll help deliver high-quality mechanical systems for a variety of commercial and industrial projects. If you're ready to contribute your BIM expertise, this could be a great fit.
