Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler to focus on metal stud framing. You'll be creating detailed 3D models, shop drawings, and spool sheets using Revit, MWF, and Navisworks. This role involves coordinating with project teams to ensure the digital framing process is accurate and managing models to meet quality standards.
You'll also be responsible for identifying and resolving clashes with other building components. Experience with reading architectural and structural plans is key, and familiarity with various building systems and other BIM software is a plus. If you have a background in BIM/VDC or commercial framing and drywall, this could be a great fit.
