Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their team in Dallas, Texas. You'll be focused on creating detailed 3D models for metal stud framing, generating shop drawings, and spool sheets. This role involves working with Revit, MWF, and Navisworks to ensure accuracy and coordinate with project teams.
You'll be responsible for managing models, resolving clashes, and maintaining quality standards for the framing components. A good understanding of framing systems and the ability to read architectural and structural plans are key. Experience with various BIM software and a collaborative mindset will be beneficial.
