This role involves creating and managing BIM models for Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP aspects of the project. Your day-to-day will include developing precise BIM models, coordinating with CSA and MEP teams, and actively participating in clash detection and model review sessions. You will also be responsible for generating shop drawings and construction documentation directly from the BIM models, ensuring all project standards are met. This position requires at least five years of BIM modeling experience, specifically within construction projects, and prior experience on Data Center projects is essential. Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, along with a solid understanding of clash detection and coordination, is key.
