Job Description
This company is looking for a BIM Modeler to join their team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You'll be responsible for setting up project frameworks, coordinating models according to the BIM execution plan, and creating Revit families. Your role will involve developing architectural and structural details, extracting information for different formats, and uploading models to cloud platforms.
You'll also be involved in clash detection, generating reports, and working with architectural and structural engineers to resolve any issues. Developing shop drawings based on project details and engineer instructions will be a key part of your responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have at least six years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the construction industry, with strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. A solid understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
