Job Description
The company is looking for a BIM Modeler with a background in electrical construction. This role is about creating detailed models in Revit and Navisworks that are not just designs, but practical, constructible plans that consider how things are actually installed in the field.
You'll be responsible for leading clash detection and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and field teams. Your work will directly support prefabrication efforts, layout exports, and digital workflows on site, ensuring models are accurate and meet project standards.
To be successful, you should have at least two years of experience with an electrical contractor and be proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and Bluebeam. An understanding of field operations and the ability to model with constructability in mind are key. Experience with reality capture technologies is a bonus.
