Job Description
This company is looking for a Senior BIM Modeller to join their team in the Greater Chennai Area. You'll be responsible for creating and managing BIM models for various disciplines, ensuring they are clash-free and meet quality standards.
Your role will involve extracting drawings and BOQs, supporting project documentation, and providing technical guidance to junior modelers. You'll also mentor them and ensure everyone adheres to BIM standards, coordinating closely with BIM leads and engineers to deliver projects successfully.
To excel in this position, you should have 5-8 years of BIM modeling experience, with proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. A good understanding of construction drawings and basic interdisciplinary knowledge in Architecture, Structure, and MEP is essential.
